Healing Hurts

Negative Thoughts and Feelings are very Low Vibrational Energy. When Negative Thoughts and Feelings are STORED rather than HEALED, similar experiences and hurts continue to occur because Like Energy attracts Like Energy. STORED hurts makes you vulnerable to more hurts. HEALED Anger, Resentment, and Bitterness from hurtful experiences, clears space to receive Love, Peace, and Abundance, allowing you to move on to better things. Everyday, allocate time and personal space to work through the healing process: 1. GO THROUGH THE EMOTIONS It is natural to experience sadness, anger and rage from hurts. Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling. Do not feel guilty or ashamed about it. 'Go' through the emotions, then 'Grow' through the emotions. Give yourself space to feel the negative emotions - just don't hold onto them! 2. BE SORRY Release any guilt or shame for any part you may have contributed to the situation. 3. BE THANKFUL Be thankful for the lesson that has come from the situation and the growth it has enabled you to experience. 4. SEND LOVE Send love to yourself and those who have hurt you. Love will raise your vibrational energy so you can move forward feeling good. 5. FORGIVE Forgive those who have contributed to your hurt so you can move forward with peace. Forgiveness is not letting those who hurt you 'off the hook', making what happened ok, ignoring what happened, or mending a relationship. Forgiveness is releasing negative feelings, being at peace with what happened, moving forward with neutral feelings towards the relevant people and the situation. Practice the process of healing hurts everyday, as many days as you need to, until you break free from the power hurts have over you. Sometimes you may benefit from working with an experienced healer to assist with the process of healing hurts. You may also find guidance, support, and inspiration from resources in which others share their knowledge and experiences.
